For fleets

Ten cars is a different job.

At one car you remember everything. At twenty you need to see it all at once, and you need handoffs that don't involve you.

What changes at scale

Every car, one screen

Status, current rental, battery and where it is, across the fleet rather than one car at a time.

Protections as presets

Speed cap, charge floor, mileage and allowed area set once and applied across vehicles, instead of per car by hand.

Utilization and earnings

Miles, days rented and charging cost per car, so you can see which vehicles are actually paying for themselves.

Both delivery methods

Use HostKey's key for most guests and Tesla's text invite for the ones who'd rather not install anything.

The cross-vehicle dashboard is in build. Fleet pricing is live now and includes it when it ships.

Costs, honestly

Roughly $1.63 per car per month in vehicle API calls

At a realistic cadence — six rentals a month averaging three days. Tesla's own credit covers small fleets entirely. The reason we can quote that number is that we coalesce reads and budget per host; done naively the same usage costs around $86 per car and keeps the cars awake. We built the guardrails first because a fleet is exactly where that bill compounds.
